We cannot say it's been "a long hard winter". It was not. Even still, the sight of crocus blossoms in the lawn, and all the emerging tips of all the other waking plants, is always heartening in spring. They don't call it "spring!" for nothing. Each year it's another set of miracles.

first parsley leaves about to open...seed shell still atttached |
new rhubarb about to "POP pop" |

PEAS! ... first seeds planted outdoors (earliest ever this year) |

Mmmmmmmm! |
What is THIS? Was this the last little gasp of winter last week?? We shall see. |

The rhubarb sprouts look like brains.
Dennis,
love the pictures of the flowers but NOT the snow. The snow is especially unsettling given the fact we have been looking at sand and palm trees the past few weeks.
Keep up the good work.
Richard
